Raid Readiness and Prerequisites for Promotion
Members are those ready for Flex Raiding:
- Knowledge of Class.
- Knowledge of content (Current Facepalm Progression +3 bosses)
- Inner Guild Reference or Achievement
- Begin Learning "Steps to High Effective Raiding"
Raiders are those ready for Normal Raiding:
- Knowledge of Class.
- Knowledge of content (Current Facepalm Progression +3 bosses)
- Majority Low Officer Vote Approval (See Democratic Officer Core)
- Attendance maintained at >80%.
- Understanding "Steps Highly Effective Raiding"
Low Officers are those that fulfill Raider responsibilities AND:
- Majority High Officer vote approval.
- At least 1 month raid activity.
- Responsibilities Delegated by Guild Master (see Contact Us for Officer specific responsibilities)
High Officers are those that fulfill Low Officer responsibilities AND:
- GM approval and HO unanimous vote.
- At least 3 months raid activity.
- Responsibilities Delegated by Guild Master (see Contact Us for Officer specific responsibilities)
(1:1 -> HO:LO ratio max to protect integrity of officer democratic decisions)
Rank Structure and Duties:
Guild Master:
- Has authority to make final decisions. (Veto's, Direction Votes, Etc.)
- In charge of overall direction of the guild.
- Delegates smaller responsibilities to High and Low Officers.
High Officer:
-Votes on major guild decisions (I.E. Newer low officers)
-Advises Guild Master on overall direction of guild.
-Has a primary role and purpose in the guild above raiding expectations (I.E. Raid Leader, Recruiter, Guild Banker)
Low Officer:
- Relays guild opinion and advises High Officers and GM.
- Helps guild move in the direction GM and HO vote on.
- Has a secondary role and purpose in the guild above raiding expectations (I.E. Asst. Raid Leader, Asst. Recruiter, Asst. Bank Manager)
Raider:
- Signs for and attends raids consistently.
- Portrays punctuality and preparation (I.E. Flasks, Food, Enchants, Reforges, Rotation)
Member:
- Be respectful and courteous to others.
- Represent Facepalm in a positive manner, both in guild and in public.
How Officer Council Works:
For guild decisions, and to support fairness, officers vote on various guild logistics. These include, but are not limited to:
o Rank Adjustment: (See Above)
-Members
-Raiders
-Low Officers
-High Officers
o GKicks
o Guild Goals
